  • During peak periods or holidays, it may take up to 7 business days.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors like customs processing or courier delays.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at contactus1@womisu.com.If we are not informed within that time frame,we cannot guarantee changes or resends.

Shipping Delays

These include courier issues,customs,weather or transport disruptions. We’ll keep you updated and do everything we can to support you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are no longer in direct control of the shipment.
If your package goes missing or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact the courier to file a claim.
  2. Then, email us at contactus1@womisu.com – we’ll assist as much as possible.

Please note: Womisu is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we may offer a replacement depending on the case.
