Damaged Items
All products are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
We consider an item damaged if the product itself is defective or broken.
Packaging dents or creases that don’t affect the item are not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged,notify us within 72 hours of delivery at contactus1@womisu.com.
Please include a clear photo of the damage.If eligible,we’ll send a free replacement.
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused by normal use,wear or misuse.
